• K31A XS 2-stage pretreatment unit for glass
• Infeed and outfeed accumulation conveyor
• Motorized CNC control for all variable movements of the machine, including adjustment of print image length and adjustment of article rotation
• 4-axis article holder controlled by programmable servo drive and single-capture tooling capable of holding one article between a base holder and nose cone for maximum control.
• Tiltable A-axis for conical articles, machine controlled via servo drive. Tilt angle +15° to -22°
• Optical sensor for article registration and existing print registration
• Air inflation for printing on thin-walled plastics or aluminum
• Built and installed in 2015 by Kammann Gmbh
